Full House Estate Cleanout in Mount Dora

Family in Mount Dora reached out after losing their father. He’d lived in the same four-bedroom house for over thirty years. Every room was full. The garage was full. There was a shed out back that was full. They needed all of it gone so they could get the house on the market.

Day one we focused on the main living areas and kitchen. Living room furniture, dining set, recliners, end tables, lamps, rugs — loaded it all. Kitchen was packed with dishes, small appliances, pantry items, and decades worth of junk drawer accumulation. We pulled out three trucks worth of stuff on day one alone.

Day two was bedrooms and bathrooms. Dressers, bed frames, mattresses, closets full of clothing and shoes, boxes of personal items the family had already gone through. Found some items worth selling — a few pieces of vintage furniture and some collectibles — so we offered to buy those pieces right there on the spot. Family walked away with a check instead of watching it all get hauled off.

Day three was the garage and shed. Old lawn equipment, paint cans, hand tools, holiday decorations, fishing gear, and a whole wall of shelving loaded with bins. Cleared it all out, swept every floor in the house, and left the place ready for the realtor.
