Mobile Home Cleanout in Bushnell

Property owner in Bushnell had a mobile home that the previous tenant left full of stuff. Every room had something — mattresses on the floor, clothes in the closets, dishes in the cabinets, random furniture, bags of trash. The tenant just walked away and left it all behind.

Owner needed the place emptied so he could decide whether to renovate or tear the whole thing down. Either way, step one was getting all this stuff out.

We started at the back bedrooms and worked forward. Mattresses, bed frames, dressers, a broken TV, piles of clothes, shoes, toys — loaded it all. Kitchen had dishes, pots, a microwave, and a fridge that we don’t even want to talk about. Bathroom had toiletries and towels still hanging up. It was like somebody just vanished one day.

Filled the truck twice on this one. Made a run to the transfer station, came back, and finished the second load plus the outside area — some old tires, a rusty charcoal grill, and a pile of scrap wood by the back door.

Left every room swept out and ready for whatever comes next. This is a pretty typical abandoned property cleanout — we do a handful of these every month for landlords and property managers.
