How It Works

Three steps. That's it. No runaround, no waiting around for an estimate, no hassle.

1. Text Us Photos

Snap a few pictures of what you need hauled off. Send them over by text. Takes about 5 seconds.

2. Get Your Upfront Price

We text you back a fair, honest quote. What we quote is what you pay. No bait-and-switch.

3. We Show Up & Get It Done

We haul everything — loading, hauling, cleanup. You don't lift a finger. Your space is left clean.

We Haul It All — So Your Crew Keeps Moving

Construction sites generate a lot of waste — fast. One bathroom remodel can fill a truck bed with old tile, drywall dust, and broken fixtures. A roof tear-off creates a mountain of shingles in a single morning. We haul all of it so you can keep working.

Drywall

Drywall is one of the most common debris types on any job site. Cutoffs, damaged sheets, demo'd walls, water-stained ceiling panels — it piles up faster than most people expect. A single room renovation can produce several hundred pounds of drywall waste between the old stuff coming down and the new stuff being trimmed to fit.

We load it, haul it, and dispose of it properly. Clean drywall gets separated for recycling where facilities accept it. If it's mixed with other materials like insulation or paint, we handle the sorting so you don't have to think about it. Just point at the pile and we'll make it disappear.

Lumber & Wood Waste

Framing scraps, old studs, plywood sheets, trim cutoffs, subflooring, damaged joists — wood waste adds up on every build and every demo. A deck tear-off alone can produce a couple thousand pounds of treated lumber that needs proper disposal. Interior renovations generate piles of baseboard, crown molding, and framing lumber mixed with nails and screws.

We separate clean lumber from treated and painted wood. Clean wood gets recycled or repurposed when possible. Treated lumber and painted materials get disposed of according to local regulations — you don't burn that stuff and you don't throw it in a regular dumpster. We know the rules and we follow them.

Concrete & Masonry

Broken-up driveways, old sidewalk sections, patio slabs, cinder blocks, brick, stucco — concrete is heavy and a real pain to deal with on your own. A standard 10x10 concrete pad weighs around 2,000 pounds. You're not tossing that in your truck bed and driving to the dump.

We have the equipment and the muscle to load and haul concrete debris. Most clean concrete gets taken to recycling facilities where it's crushed and reused as aggregate for new construction projects. That keeps tonnage out of landfills and saves you money on disposal since recyclers often charge less than dump fees.

Metal Debris

Steel studs, metal flashing, old ductwork, copper pipe, aluminum gutters, rebar, wire, chain-link fencing — construction and demolition projects produce a surprising amount of scrap metal. A commercial build-out can generate hundreds of pounds of metal trim and framing waste alone.

All metal we collect gets taken to local scrap recyclers. Metal recycling is one of the most efficient recycling processes out there — steel, aluminum, and copper can all be melted down and reused without losing quality. It's good for the environment and it keeps material costs down in the long run.

Roofing Materials

Asphalt shingles, underlayment, flashing, ridge caps, old tile roofing, rotted decking — roof tear-offs create massive volumes of debris in very little time. A typical residential roof replacement generates 2-4 tons of waste material. That's not something you sweep into a corner and deal with later.

We work with roofing crews across West Central Florida to keep job sites clear. You tear it off, we haul it away. Same day if the schedule allows. Asphalt shingles can be recycled into road paving material, and we take them to facilities that accept them whenever possible.

Flooring & Tile

Ripped-out carpet, vinyl, hardwood, ceramic tile, laminate, grout, thinset, underlayment — flooring removal generates a messy mix of heavy, dusty, awkward debris. A whole-house flooring tear-out on a 1,500 square-foot home can fill multiple truck loads depending on the material.

We load all of it — the broken tile, the rolled-up carpet, the chunks of thinset stuck to concrete, everything. No need to bag it or box it. Just pile it up and we'll take care of the rest. If there's carpet padding glued to the slab, that's fine — we've scraped enough of it to know what we're getting into.

For Contractors & Property Managers

If you run a crew, you know the drill. Debris builds up, it slows down your project, and your guys didn't sign up to spend half their day loading scrap into a trailer. That's where we fit in. We handle debris removal so your crew stays productive.

Recurring service. We work with general contractors, roofers, remodelers, and property management companies on a recurring basis. If you've got a multi-week project generating debris daily, we'll set up a regular pickup schedule. Monday-Wednesday-Friday. End of each phase. Whatever makes sense for your workflow. You don't have to call us each time — we just show up.

Job site cleanup. Beyond just hauling debris, we do full job site sweeps. Nails, screws, small scraps, dust, packaging — all the stuff that makes a site look messy and creates safety hazards. When inspectors show up or the homeowner walks through, the site looks sharp. That reflects well on your operation.

Flexible scheduling. Construction timelines shift constantly. Demo runs long, material deliveries get delayed, inspections move around. We get it. We're available 24/7 and we can adjust pickup times with a text. Need us there at 6 AM before your crew arrives? Done. Need an emergency pickup because you ran out of space? We'll be there.

We've been doing this since 2018 across Citrus, Sumter, Marion, Hernando, Lake, and Orange counties. We know the local dump schedules, the recycling facilities, and the disposal rules for every county we serve. That means no delays because someone took the wrong material to the wrong place.

Remodel Cleanup

Remodeling a kitchen, bathroom, or entire house is exciting until you're standing in a room full of torn-out cabinets, smashed tile, and old countertops with nowhere to put them. Most homeowners drastically underestimate the volume of debris a single room renovation produces. A kitchen gut-and-remodel easily fills a full-size truck bed — and that's before you count the appliances.

Kitchen remodels. Old cabinets, countertops (granite, laminate, butcher block — all of them), backsplash tile, flooring, sinks, faucets, dishwashers, ranges, range hoods, garbage disposals. Kitchens have a lot of stuff bolted, glued, and plumbed into place. Once it's torn out, it's a mess of mixed materials that's heavy and awkward to move. We load all of it and haul it in a single trip whenever possible.

Bathroom remodels. Vanities, toilets, bathtubs, shower surrounds, tile (so much tile), medicine cabinets, light fixtures, exhaust fans. Bathroom demo is dusty, cramped work — and the debris pile always looks smaller than it actually weighs. Cast iron tubs alone can weigh 300-400 pounds. We've hauled plenty of them down narrow hallways and out front doors. Just get it out of the wall and we'll handle the rest.

Whole-house renovations. If you're doing a full gut renovation — new walls, new floors, new everything — debris removal becomes a daily or weekly need, not a one-time thing. We can set up recurring pickups timed to each phase of your project. Demo phase generates the most volume. Rough-in phase produces framing scraps and pipe cutoffs. Finish phase creates drywall dust, trim cutoffs, and packaging waste. We handle every stage.

Most remodel cleanup jobs take a couple of hours. We show up, load everything, sweep the area clean, and get out of your way. If you're a homeowner doing the work yourself, the last thing you want is to spend your weekend driving debris to the dump when you could be finishing the project. Text us a photo of the pile and we'll give you a price in minutes.

Recycling Construction Materials

Construction and demolition waste makes up a huge portion of what ends up in landfills — the EPA estimates around 600 million tons per year nationwide. A lot of that material is perfectly recyclable. Concrete, metal, clean wood, asphalt shingles, and cardboard can all be diverted from the dump and turned into something useful again.

We sort materials on-site or at our staging area before disposal. Metals go to local scrap recyclers. Clean concrete goes to aggregate recyclers who crush it for road base and fill material. Asphalt shingles get processed into road paving material. Clean lumber gets chipped for mulch or biomass. Cardboard and packaging get baled and recycled.

Not everything can be recycled — painted wood, contaminated drywall, mixed debris that can't be separated, and certain composite materials have to go to the landfill. But we divert as much as we can because it's the right thing to do and it often reduces disposal costs, which keeps your price lower.

If green building practices or LEED compliance matter to your project, we can provide documentation of recycled materials and diversion rates. Just let us know during the quoting process.
